Description

GUIDE PRICE £6500 TO £7500

Fresh to market is this super looking early Morris Mini.

Coming complete with a heritage certificate confirming it was produced in 1968 making it a Mark 2 and supplied new by Bradburn and Wedge Ltd of Wolverhampton.  Originally a snowberry white car it has now been colour changed to a brighter shade of blue with a more modern tan leatherette interior which really suits it if I do say so myself!

This car comes with an enormous folder of history and has quite clearly been someones pride and joy.

Judging by the history folder it was completely rebuilt over a period  of a few years by the previous owner with the majority of the parts being supplied by mini spares amongst a few others

It has had practically ever panel on the shell you can care to mention! wings, front panel, rear panel, new floors , doors etc .

Mechanically the engine and gearbox have both been completely rebuilt and there are reams and reams of invoices for new clips, brackets, nuts and washers. It really has been gone right through!

New wiring loom, bushes, suspension, literally everything!

I will upload some further pictures of the invoices to the listing so you guys and girls can see where the money has been spent.

I am a very very picky person when it comes to viewing a car and in my opinion some of the work to the body is not up to my (very high) standard, bearing in mind it was done a few years ago , there are some prep marks in the paint under the top coat and signs of repairs in the front a posts, I’m not trying to make the car sound awful because its lovely! but I would like to give an honest description of the car .

Everything is relative after all and the reserve price on this car is what you would normally pay for a rusty shell of one! Perfect ones are £25 to £30k and this car with very minimal effort could certainly be right up there .

Please send me any further questions , like I said there is a big folder of history so I can answer any as best as I can

Although every effort has been made to give a full and accurate description of the vehicle, please allow up to £250 for items that may have been missed.
