Welcome to the auction for my wonderful mini mayfair. Comes with a fantastically low mileage of only 48000 from by just 4 previous owners . The last owner having had it for 11 years in total .

During this time he has had the car stripped to a bare shell and fully repainted throughout aswell as a full mechanical recondition too. The majority of the works have been completed within the last 18 months and totalled over £10000 , all works have been completed to a very very high standard and have included the following: 

• full engine rebuild
• gearbox rebuild
• all replacement panels removed and welded in correctly including new wings, front panel, floors, sills and door skins
• new mini lite wheels and tyres
• replacement of all suspension
• new wheel cylinders
• new brakes all round including calipers
• full new exhaust system 
• all bumpers and external trim changed also.

This is a very very very nice car that has been restored exceptionally well – the bill for the paintwork and welding alone was £5600 last year! The car has yet to have any of the carpets fitted which highlights the quality of the welding it has received and good a job it is overall.

The only things it requires is new carpets and the tyres are slightly too high a profile so catch on the rear inside arches so these want changing – both very cheap and simple things to do.

This car’s reserve is less than half of what it would cost to complete all of these works so someone will get an absolute bargain and a car they can also enjoy straight away without waiting !
